Math whiz

As we were riding home from Bible study tonight, and enjoying our Culver's ice cream, Jaden states that he is going to have 5 bites of daddy's ice cream.  "And since I already had two bites, that means I have to have three more bites.  And that will be five bites."

Right, Jaden.  :-)

I have no idea when kids are supposed to learn to do things like math, but I am constantly amazed when he does things like this.  Mostly because I know that I am failing as a parent and I am most certainly NOT the one teaching him.

Maybe on Friday when I'm off work, we can work on long division.
